SteamReview AI ('we', 'us', 'our') operates steamreviewai.com. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account info: Email address, display name (optional), and authentication provider data when you sign up.

Usage data: Games you track, analyses you run, and how you use the dashboard.

Payment info: Handled by Creem.io. We never see or store your card details.

Steam game data: Fetched from Steam's public API (game names, images, review text). We do not access any personal Steam account data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the AI review analysis service; to send weekly reports (if opted in); to notify you of significant sentiment changes; and to improve our AI models and service quality.

3. Data Storage

Account and report data are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud), located in the United States. Data is retained until you delete your account.

4. Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google) — authentication and database. Claude AI (Anthropic) — review analysis; reviews are processed but not stored by Anthropic. Creem.io — payment processing. Steam — game data via public API.

5. Your Rights

Access your data: Available in your dashboard. Delete your data: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Export your data: Contact support@steamreviewai.com. Opt out of emails: Settings → Notifications.

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
